Workshop Description
In this workshop we will cover the benefits of using herb-infused oils in a variety of different ways whether it’s for supporting the skin, calming the nervous system, or for a special massage with a loved one. We will review different carrier oils, the best herbs to use for oil infusions, different ways to infuse herbs into oil, the ancient practice of body oiling, and more! We will get to create our own body oil blends to take home.
